Do I need a referral to attend the Townsville clinic?
Yes, all treatments require a referral from your treating GP or Psychiatrist. Please see our referral page for information.
Please note: former QLD TMS referrals should be addressed to Daintree Psychiatry Townsville.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, we have limited visitor parking which is signposted underneath our clinic. On-street parking may be available. Please be aware that we are located in a very busy medical precinct near the hospital, so please allow time to find a park before your appointment.
Is the Townsville clinic accessible by public transport?

Does the Townsville clinic offer telehealth follow-up appointments?

Who do we work with?
Although we do not provide ongoing patient management, Daintree Psychiatry will work with anyone (over 18) who has a referral and needs next-step treatments.
We currently work with Medicare, Veterans (DVA), WorkCover and other Private Health organisations. Please get in touch with our team to find out which treatments are covered.
